Getting Your Timer Serviced

If you are experiencing problems with your timer, please give us a call during our business hours listed below. You will receive prompt and courteous attention.

It is important to call us before you send in your equipment. We may be able to solve the problem right over phone, and if not, we can generally isolate the problem to just a single piece of equipment while we talk with you.

When you are ready to send in the equipment that our service technician has recommended, please follow the directions below carefully. Doing this will ensure we know exactly what to do with your equipment when it arrives and how to return it to you in time for your next event.

  1. Pack only those items that the service technician recommended be sent in for repair. Remove all batteries, however, do not remove antennas from wireless equipment. Do not send the carrying case, tripods, or other miscellaneous hardware items.
  2. For rush repairs: Use UPS or FedEx standard overnight service. Do not use "early a.m." services. Do not use post office "Express Mail" as express mail does not arrive until late in the day and cannot be shipped back out the same day.
  3. Put a note inside the box with your name, address, phone number, date needed back, and the repair number that was given to you by the service technician. Send to the address listed below.
